Apartment House Iztok is a part of complex which consist of 4 separate residential buildings. The complex is located in the diplomatic area of Sofia. Iztok quarters are in the immediate vicinity of the biggest city park "Borisova gradina'', as well as close by the city centre and airport.

Should you have to cancel your reservation our cancellation policies are:
- Cancellation up to three days prior to arrival : BGN 20.00 (approx. 10.20 EUR administrationcharge)
- Cacellation within three days prior to arrival : First night will be charge
- Non - Arrival / No Show : one night will be charged
